I wrote this book some time ago and I have to agree with some of the comments. The recipe names are extremely bad puns and I cringe myself when I look back at them. I have changed them, but that won't be until the next print run. I have never pretended to be the best writer in the world and I write my books with everyone in mind. excellent choice This book is invaluable and I have found it so useful. The juice recipes are delicious and this book is the ideal companion to 'Slim 4 Life, Freedom from the trap'. This book helps you to put into practice what you have read in 'Slim 4 Life'.
I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about trying the Jason Vale way of life.
Copied from Kenton This book is irritating in the extreme. It is poorly written, has constant bad puns, and is styled in an annoyingly camp fashion. The recipes are useful, if you can wade through the unfunny jokes, but an index is notably missing. The worst aspect of this book is that it is so obviously copied directly from Leslie Kenton's excellent writings. Bad Pun Master This book was very useful in terms of content and recipes, but I do agree with another reviewer who felt that an index or quick find system should have been incorporated. This would certainly encourage me to use the book more often.
The information enclosed is interesting, but I also found that the Juice Master's style of writing quickly became irritating and the poor puns that continued throughout the book detracted from its appeal.
Overall, a useful book but not my type! Great if you can stand the bad... more info
