• Fantastic. Keeps you in suspense the entire novel.
  This is a great book whether you are a devoted x-files fan or not. This is a good representation of the actual episode. Mulder and Scully are called to a case where the population of a town are slowly, one by one, being infected with a very rare disease. How did all these people catch the disease? and what does the chicken factory nearby have to do with it? Don't worry, the truth is out there!

• Close, but no cigar
  The episode was alright, and the novelisation? Well, the novelisation is...short, but good, sticking closely to the story portrayed on TV and successfully managing to transcribe one of the (I think) more mediocre episodes of season 2.

  The story is rather simplistic, so I'm not even going to hint at the plot because I risk spoiling it for you, the reader. Nevertheless, younger readers will find it fairly engrossing.
