A must for all would be therapists! This book covers much needed techniques for the would be therapist. Masseuses can use these new methods in thier own therapy treatments. This books teaches the essentials, ie contraindications, exercises and treatment methods. Excellant when studying to find out terminology and sports injury terms used today. Very up-to-date and interesting to read.
