Good Clear instructions It tells you clear step by step instructions and has 50 names too work with as the bases of the spells. It would be better if its hard back but I dont think it is really worth it as it is quite a small book. None the less it gives you a quick start to cerimonial magick...
a powerful workbook for students of Necronomicon material First things first... yes, the Necronomicon was most probably a fiction created by the horror writer HP Lovecraft.... and yes, there is also anecdotal evidence that Lovecraft was exposed to some very interesting ocult lore... and yes, there are serious people who've been working with Necronomicon material for many years (check out Kenneth Grant or Nema)... Little but...size does not count I've been practicing magic(k) for the past eleven years and must confess that this little book came to me as a coincidence (?); while the Necronomicon itself is a fake grimoire, over the years it has accumulated so much energy that by just drawing the sigils and conjuring the spells one can feel that something happens, This book is not for the beginner; one has to have a background in Ceremonial Magick (you're dealing with "entities" here) as the book does not mention casting the circle, the banning of evil... more info
Very Long-Winded, but graphic of instructions. As a person that is learning and studying Witchcraft, I bought this book out of curiosity. The instructions are easy (if you have a VERY good memory) but they are a little long winded. There is a little something for everything in here and I found it most interesting, it is worth the measly amount of money on the pricetag, in my opinion, it should be valued a bit higher than it is.
