• A great disappointment
  After having read all of Judith Ivory's books, I viewed myself as her biggest fan ever. BEAST was a masterpiece, in spite of its weak ending. All that went before made it worthwhile. SLEEPING BEAUTY was fabulous, and THE PROPOSITION was an unforgettable romp. I can heartily recommend the above three books -- yet sadly, not this one.
