Excellent Buy This book is excellent for anyone wanting a general introduction into archaeology, but also for anyone wanting to look at specific time periods in British history, with in depth studies by some of the leading archaeologist in these fields.
This book has good studies of individual artifacts and sites, and also provides a good history of the relevant time period.
Futhermore this book also provides a good evaluation of social, economic and political factors of these archaeological sites.
