For Absolute Beginners I ordered this book with the impression that it could be useful for troubleshooting,as the accompanying write-up I viewed prior to purchasing appeared to suggest this.Although it is very well presented and easy to follow,due to the colour-coded layout,it is,without a doubt,only suitable for people who have never used any windows programs before.It does not help with problems,there is only one page dedicated to system start-up problems.It continually refers you to contact microsoft to resolve even the most... more info
