Lovely deck but not good quality I have had this deck for 2 years, and I have no problems with it for readings, i find that it reads well. there are small oddities like the disorder of the Fool's zodiac signs. Still he is juggling so maybe this is why they are out of order. My only complaint is that although it was a nice black bordered deck it is now a slightly speckled dog eared deck, I am not rough with my decks and have a black St. Petersburg which has stood up better. Maybe llewellyn should use better card and ink. Maybe i should buy... more info
Beautiful Deck I absolutely love this deck. I own over 20 tarot decks but this is one of only three or four that I use regularly. It has beautiful rich colors and lovely illustrations. The whole pack is nice with a book, organza bag and a small inner box for you to draw yourself.
Accomplished Art - But don't Believe the occult LIES!! The artwork on these is stunning and to that end this deck make for a excellent trinket to play Scarto or Tap Tarock with. What's a shame is the fortune telling aspect is a complete LIE. The Tarrochi (Tarot) deck being of Italian origin since around 1500, was used to play a precursor to whist (a trick taking game - the trumps being the 22 cards numbered 0 to 21. oracle news this pack of tarot cards are one of two i own. the other being the original rider waite tarot. i personally find the tarot very intriging and simply enjoy using the cards and am generally teaching myself. the gilded tarot were the second pack i bought after working with the rider waite for over a year. i think that if i had bought the gilded tarot first off, i would have found tarot alot harder to understand! the gilded tarot simply dont speak to me through their imagery. if tarot comes naturally to... more info
