Phenomenal This is a fantastic book. After practicing the principles, i found that my running time improved significantly but more importantly I hav'nt been plagued by the painful injuries i usually suffer every time i run. Running is easier and fun once more! Go for it!
This seems to really work I read the first half of the book while on a sports holiday, borrowed from a friend. I applied a few of the principles explained in the book each afternoon finishing with a 10K race. Excellent book As a 30-something trying to get fit again, I was scared to run again due to problems with my knees. Before I read this book, running had become laboured and every so often one of my knees would start complaining.
