An awesome look at a very talented squad I really enjoyed thos book, Jack McCallum really hits all the right buttons on telling you, the reader, how it is to be a part of a lightning fast basketball which the Suns are. I've read over 70 sports books in the past 15 months and this is a top 5 book for sure.
Fascinating Insight It's not often that a professional sporting organisation lays itself so bare to an outsider, but this is exactly what occurs when Jack McCallum is allowed into the Phoenix Suns franchise. McCallum provides a fascinating insight into the working of the team and the camaraderie that exists not just amongst the players, but also amongst the members of the coaching staff.
