Very disappointed by superficial story I had such high hopes for this book (being a big fan of the Touchy-Feely series), so was really disappointed when I sat down to read it with my daughter. The pages are beautiful but the story itself is very disjointed - there's no context and it's as if only every third or fourth line of the full story was printed. And it doesn't mention God anywhere. If you just want a pretty version of the nativity, this may be fine. But if you are looking for a version of the Christmas story for children, I'd look... more info
Delightful This is a fantastic book. It tells the story of the Nativity in a great simple way and it is stunningly illustrated with lots of touchy bits and beautiful bright colours. My children love it.
