The Best Help This book is really fantasic. I bought it at the very beginning of my pregnancy and I must say I read it all immediately. Then I was getting back to it almost every evening. Excellent Book! A great book for anyone going through pregnancy. Beautifully presented, knowledgeable, personal, with good detail but not in any way frightening like some others I've read! The advice and information is presented in a positive way, by a woman who has experienced the process herself with it's ups and downs, you feel as though it is written by someone who cares. Highly reccommended.
Perfect! As a first time Mum-to-be I have found this book to be an absolute God-send. It has helped prepare me for my pregnancy at each stage and feel confident about the changes taking place.
