What a deceptive little book. Printed on something close to blotting paper and refusing to open flat unless you break the spine, this looks like a 1950's throwback with its colour plates all together in the middle. At [the price] one could expect a bit more production quality.
BUT!! the recipes and their philosophy are outstanding. Originally bought to satisfy my partner's hobby of weight management, the book stayed on the shelf, unused. Eventually finding its way on to the bedside table and finally... more info
