The best soul.groove/funk/mellow album around the best morcheeba album of all...well of all both of them. the opening is a little disappointing, but by Shoulder Holster, they proove again why we fell for them in the first place. the rap(ish) songs are a little tedious after a while, with possibly the exception of Big Calm, which is really starting to grow on me. my favourite is fear and love, which i wish would go on forever. best listened to in a darkish room, post-club, with a bottle of jack daniels, 5 friends and a big comfy sofa. or on your own in... more info
A wonderful, cool collection of tracks with big calm The title says it all. The album is truly calm, beginning with tracks like "The Sea" bringing images of escaping the city to lose your soul down by the sea, and ending with "Big Calm", with a fabulous tune but crazy lyrics. This is one to play loud and late, or on the tube to take you away from it all, and down to the beach. Best album I've bought in 6 months.
