• Disappointing
  I bought this after enjoying the first Cher Fitness video A New Attitude. Unfortunately I really hated this follow up. I simply couldn't get to grips with the dance section. I couldn't hear the instructions! The video came with resistance bands but, again, I found it really hard to follow. I used the video once and it went straight in the drawer never to be seen again.

• Thumbs Up To Cher
  This was the first time I had actually worked out to a fitness video which was only two weeks ago. At first I found it hard to keep up but after the fourth go I was flying. Although It was made twelve years ago I think its as good as any other, you can get a good workout and you feel great. My favourite part was the dance session as this really is good for your cardio and a combination of moves such as the 'pony' and 'diagonal pony' which is brillant for that flab around the belly and bum.

• Mediocre aerobics but effective toning sessions
  The dance section can be a bit boring after doing this a few times and the balls of your feet can hurt with the bouncing and turning.
  The long toning section is good but the resistance bands snapped after a few sessions! So I resorted to weights and they are just as effective.

• An Energising Workout that you will return to again & again!
  I have had this video for about 4 years and I am
  still using it today!

  The Hot Dance section is fun to do and keeps your heart rate up and your spirits lifted!
  At 38 minutes in total it is a complete total body
  work out!

  The Resistance Band section (which are provided) is also very enjoyable
  but can be challenging at first ( I prefer to use
  light weights for this part!).

  All in all this video, although dated 1993 is still well worth buying, suitable for most age
