Great fun but watch your pelvic floor!!!! My daughter got a rebounder for Xmas 3 years ago. I have used it much more than her doing this video. It is brilliant fun, excellent aerobic excercise and make you feel really good by the end. Only problem for the older mothers is a bit of leakage! I did find however that this improved the more I did it (perhaps training my pelivic floor??)
The 3 people on the video obviously really enjoy what they are doing and the 2 "helpers" at the back sometimes get it wrong which gives me heart.
Pure genius! This is a truly addictive, mood enhancing video workout. As an integral part of a calorie-controlled diet, it's a superb way to burn fat, tone up and get a cardio-vascular workout as you go, without the damaging impact on joints you get with hard surfaces. My energy and fitness levels have increased off the scale. It's good fun and I never tire of the routines. I would particularly recommend it to anyone who has neither the time nor the inclination to join a gym!

Like most people who have a mini trampoline i didnt really know what to do with it. I could only manage about 10 minutes jumping or jogging on it before my legs were aching.
I bought this video and think its brilliant. Although you do work up a sweat the time passes really quickly and the video is really quite fun.
I think anyone who has bought a rebounder/trampoline and wants a cardio/aerobics based work out would love this video.
Every Rebounder Owner Should Have One! I think a lot of people have these rebounder trampolines at home and never really know how to use them properly. This video shows you how you can make the most of the equipment for an all-over body work out. Whilst the format of the video and the filming are a little dated now, the workout is not. After only a few sessions with this video, I could really feel a difference. If you have a rebounder, this video is worth every penny. I am just trying to convince my husband to use it now!
