Not for Garmin nuvi This is not the best friction mount for Garmin nuvi. Instead try the unhelpfully named "Nuvi Series, StreetPilot c5XX Series" or search for part "010-10908-00", which will give you the mount including arm.

Crazy I don't understand why Garmin is continuing to sell this product when it clearly does not fit the Sat Nav systems it is supposed to be compatible with. The concept is good but I have not decided yet on whether to return the product for a refund or try to make the suggested adaptations. Maybe I would be better off making one from scratch?
