  "Has the diabolical Jason finally met his match?" Uh, no. Corey Feldman, people; we are talking about Corey Feldman here. Of all the people on the planet, Corey Feldman is just about the last person capable of taking Jason out of the game. Truly, I had forgotten that Feldman was Jason's main event opponent in this "final chapter" of the series. • BEST FRIDAY THE 13TH FILM
  After the bad first 3 movies, this one does stand out. Realistic FX by Tom Savini led this to being banned here in Germany (like most of Savini's films such as THE PROWLER, THE BURNING, THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE 2 and DAWN OF THE DEAD)until this day. Especially the final scene (Jason and his machete) is worth a look. The only thing that brings this film down is that it's quite boring in between.

  Just like part 3 this is a really good sequel in the Friday the 13th series. And actually not just another exact copy of part 1. Jason terrorises a group of teenage friends staying near the now closed down Camp Crystal Lake as well as a family living across the street from the unlucky teens. • BEST OF THE SERIES! ! ! !
  The Friday the 13th films have been my favorite slashers since i saw part 1, and unlike many sequels many of the Friday the 13th films have been better than the films before them, part 4 has been my favorite since the start.
  It's good body-count and grusome death scenes are 2 of many things that make this film the best!
