Can't live without it now XXXXX
Very useful item I have got the hand blender just over a year ago and it is still going very strong. I do 100% agree with all my previous reviewers about the ease of use, ease of cleaning, the powerful motor...
However there are few things why I can not give 5 stars. First the plastic-it feels flimsy and it is flimsy. Make sure you don't abuse the jars and do never start the engine until you are 100% sure it is all locked. Second the space-all accessories fill almost a whole cupboard. Plastic!!! I was given a BRAUN MR5550 M BC-HC (Multiquick Professional Hand Blender)as a present, around ayear ago. The blender shaft has developped a fault. The plastic bit that connects to the motor is broken ans as a result the blender is useless. The shaft disconnected from the motor base while in use (scary!!). It looks as if it is a design fault.

I bought this product after reading all the overwhelming and unanimously positive feedback from people who`d bought it.I can honestly say that i don`t know why i never got one of these before.It is a work of pure ergonomic and simplistic genius!
