  Have had this particular toaster for almost 2 years. Have had no problems - toasts evenly and the holes are big enough to take half a muffin/bagel in each. Looks very attractive and I would not discourage anyone from purchasing one.

• Poor Quality
  The toaster heated the bread unevenly resulting in toast that was cooked on one side only. Within months of light use the lever stopped functioning so the toaster could not be activated. The mechanism was flimsy and the design flawed. The whole quality of the toaster was very poor. It was in the bin before it's 12 months guarantee was up. Save your money and buy a better made toaster. It does look pretty though...
