Sunken bread We were very disappointed with this purchase. Not a single loaf was acceptable and all had sunken middles. The help desk suggested making alterations to the recipes - strange as you would expect these to be optimal to start with. When these didn't work we asked for our money back and they refused. We then bought the more expensive panasonic with seed dispenser and it is awesome for pizzas, breads, panetones etc...we haven't had a single loaf/pizza which wasn't perfect and delicious.

A good buy!!! After doing a bit of research and checking out what other people had said about this breadmaker I brought one. When I attempted to make my first loaf I was convinced it was going to be a disaster. How wrong was I! It was a complete success! The smell of homemade bread while baking is lovely and the taste is so much better than shop-brought bread. It is so simple to make loaves, rolls or hot cross buns. Even my daughter who has just set up her own home has asked for one for Christmas and she's not an avid... more info
Machine great, recipes less so... Bought this about a month ago to replace a 6-year old well-used Breville machine which we finally wore out (leaky pan and no longer non-stick). Mainly chose this on price as the Panasonic ratings were good but machines a bit more pricey and some seem to have reliability issues. Brief pros and cons at the end for those who don't want to read the whole review.
