Hilarious: You will either laugh till you cry or curl up in a ball cringing,If you are the latter will also cause you to scream! One of the funniest, cleverly written French farce's I have ever seen. The relationship between the main 2 characters is both funny & sad. This is a timeless classic, which works regardless of nationality. As many have written about the plod of the film, there seems little more to add. However.... Now don't get me wrong I a not comparing this film to the Uk "The Office"series but I am the Emotions it can evoke in some people. Incredibly Funny This is a very sharp, incredibly funny little comedy. Its so off the wall and far fetched at some parts and it made me laugh out loud which is very unusal. I've since bought the movie to keep. Highly recommended.
Amusing Classic theatre-style farce (no doubt based on a play). Perhaps a little too farcical at times, but it is also a lot of fun if you haven't got anything better to do.
Sweet & Sour Only the French know how to make you laugh and cry at exactly the same moment. This story has many levels at which it touches and needs to be seen at least twice. It is sheer enjoyment and absolutely cringe making.
