Great concept, not durable enough I love the idea of this toy - we have a ban on all ball games in our garden for the sake of the shed windows & the neighbours patience, so what better solution than a ball on a string?! Sadly 4 hours after first playing the elastic section is already breaking apart - possibly due to an over-enthusiastic 10 year old, but not a geat first day all the same! (What's he supposed to do - stroke it gently?) I think the base also needs a method of pegging it down as it doesn't hold that much water so... more info
