• Need to exercise but short on time?
  I like this DVD. I can struggle out of bed half an hour earlier than usual and do one of the routines before heading off to work. The aerobics section is not really challenging enough and I am sure Beverley and the gang are one beat ahead of the music at one point but the toning sections are effective without leaving me totally wiped out for the day!

• Excellent
  I think that this is the best exercise DVD I have ever found and I have purchased alot over the years - perhaps its because I am in my mid thirties! I think the music is great the setting is motivational and its not too long that you get completely fed up doing moves in your living room.
  I highly recommend this DVD.

• Firmer bottom
  I thought it was a great workout video, as it was quite good if you are very unfit or want good toning and you have three options so i could do ten minutes every morning! Although as with all videos you do get bored after 6 months of the same thing.

• REPEAT PERFORMANCE
  It is a great shame that Beverley couldn't come up with something a little more inventive than a repeat of her previous exercise programmes which I hasten to add, I enjoyed very much and found very effective. Lasting Results however, left me cold - yes even in the glorious surroundings of the location. Physically it just wasn't challenging enough for me, but for those new to exercise - well you might enjoy it, but I still feel her previous programmes were better.
