Excellent value As some other reviewers have pointed out, this is almost certainly not an "Official Apple" product. However, it is much (much!) better value for money, and is of perfectly good quality. It might be worth buyers noting though that on the version I received, the iPhone connector doesn't just loosely pull out of the device in quite the same way that the Apple version does. Instead, the connector has subtle buttons on the sides of the connector, designed to be squeezed when it is pulled out.
Buy It! I never really review- however, after looking for this product, I was slightly sceptical about ordering, as some of the reviews were not all positive. The order came in 3 working days- no p&p either! It is just what I needed, as I lost my ipod usb cable. It worked as soon as I plugged it in, no problems whatsoever. It's also a lot cheaper than buying direct from apple, or other stores.
it is really genuine apple cable! When I saw below reviews I didn't expect to get original apple stuff - couldn't believe that for £2 I could get cable which normally costs £15, but after two days I got brand new apple cable and it is working!
*Not* Official. As the previous reviewer says, this product is not as pictured but the slightly bulkier one found around on ebay and other Amazon sellers. Because of the inaccurate advertising (the only reason I bought this one over the cheaper ones) I have given it one star. It does however work like the official, but is not as neat and you have to push in the two sides of the ipod dock connector plug to release it.
