Waste of money. Cheap in money and quality I bought this to connect the TV to the DVD player, VCR and Digi box. I have had a cheap one before that was excellent. This unfortunately was total rubbish. The middle scart slot did not work. You got no sound so I returned it and got another. It worked for two weeks and then the same thing started to happen! The sound went. This time it was the back scart slot. It now has a new home in the bin. Spend a few more pence and get something worthwhile.
poor,.. A scart splitter, why bother buying a more expensive one when you could have a cheap one like this. well i learnt the hard way. Firstly, the in-tv plug did not even fit properly, although it did still work...kind of. when watching free view or playing on a games console,the imagery was completely ruined,and in fact i couldn't use it to watch my freeview as the sound was not getting to the tv. Waste of money There is signal bleed from unselected devices, causing interference. The amount of signal leaking through from my (deselected) humax 9200 pvr was so great that my (selected) dvd player was unwatchable. refunded.
Good deal... I bought this 6 months ago, and it was a great bit of kit, when it was working, however the cheap plastic casing meant that after a while it wore out. Good if you have a static television and is okay once it's plugged in but don't try to move it. That said, I am purchasing a second one, I just hope it isn't as fragile as the first!
