For a girl over 2years old who likes Fifi & if you can get it for under £25 then BUY it!! We bought this for our 2 and a half years old girl when i was in hospital having our 2nd child. Her wee brother gave it to her as a gift to say "hello". She couldn't of been any happier. She is a Fifi fan-but i wouldn't say Fifi was her favourite (she prefers Dora) but still she pays with this cottage EVERY day. The characters are fantastic!! What an excellent toy IN A NUTSHELL WHAT A BRILLIANT TOY.
AND THE LONG VERSION - I bought this product when it first appeared on the market. It was my eldest girls present,(who's now 5) but my 3 year old son and two year old daughter love it. It has also taken some hammering from their older cousins (6 and 7 year old boys)! Fifi is a star It was my daughters 2nd birthday yesterday and I couldn't wait to see her face when she opened the package. She had lots of other great presents but she spent all of her time playing with this one we had trouble trying to get her to bed !!!. Definately a great toy and I think very well made with loads of features and very colourful. She really loves Fifi and the other characters and I will be getting the garden next.
Ooh, buttercups and daisies ! This was bought for my daughter at christmas & has been played with on a daily basis since. My daughter is only two years old but loves the cottage & has fun moving all the characters & furniture around. I removed the magic sponge & a couple of other smaller items until she is a bit bigger but there are still lots for her to play with.
The cottage is very well made & the characters are good quality. I did have a problem with Violet though, she wouldn't stand up as one of her legs... more info
