Jamie Oliver Professional Series Pot Roas Pan with Lid I have 3 Saucepans from the Professional Series and this is, by far, the best and most versatile. It's great for Ragu, Chili, Curries, all in one roast dinners, practically anything you can cook both on the hob and in the oven. Build quality is excellent, however, I would personally recommend you only use wooden or plastic tools as metal can mark the saucepan (although it does not seem to affect the cooking surface)
Would recommend this to anyone looking for a long lasting saucepan.
