Good product but could do with some modifications... After plugging it into my laptop and installing the Virtual DJ (Console Edition) that comes with it, all seemed to work as expected. I am already an owner of Virtual DJ 4, and wanted to use it with that. Unfortunately, it seems to work a lot less effectively with version 4 than with the one that comes with the product. Decent piece of equipment I've been using the MK2 for a couple of months now and am generally quite pleased with it. It makes beat matching really easy, actually a little too easy! The only issues I have with it are: 1. It should have had pitch control sliders instead of the very small knobs 2. The play / pause button is sometimes quite unresponsive On the whole, considering the price its a decent piece of equipment.
Not for me To start off mabee i am being a bit harsh on this little plastic box,firstly i was given this as a present from my wife,as being a pro dj for 15 years now i like to try new things.First the good points if you are a complete novice or bedroom dj it is well worth it well lit up and the music softwere is easy (if not to easy)to use,soon you will be able to impress your mum and dad with your mixes.

Nice Piece Of Kit, Even Nicer Software. I've only had my Hercules for a day, so I have to confess that this review is written before the novelty has a chance to wear off and also that I can't comment on longevity.
