Editorial Review:
This workout is a fun and easy-to-follow routine, with Jordan and her trainer Richard Callender, also featuring plenty of nutritional advice from best-selling author Jason Vale.
The Introduction features Jordan explaining why she chose to do this particular routine and what you can expect from the workout. Tips and Techniques - In this section Richard explains the exact programme, including safety, breathing, hydration and posture issues. Getting Warm - Here we see Jordan and Richard working out together in this full-body warm-up session, with boxing movements, including basic punches and kicks. There's an emphasis on the mobilisation of the joints and gently warming the body to prepare it for the workout. Pulsator - In this section we see Jordan and Richard burn away those calories with a full-body cardio workout. Lots of high repetitions in small routines, which will get your heart pumping and your muscles working. Push It - This is resistance routine, which is designed to strengthen and tone your muscles, working the whole body from your legs, bum, chest, arms and everything in between. Hard Core - A routine which works the stomach using a variety of exercises designed to tone, sculpt and define your abdominals. Cool It - Now we join Jordan and Richard in the 5-minute post-workout stretches. Yummy - Jordan is joined by Jason Vale to discuss the nutrition and juicing section.
Special Features An interview with Jordan, which gives you more insight into the lady herself. Behind the Scenes on the set of the DVD.

Fab! I know a fair few people have been reasonably disparaging about the workout in this video, but I wholeheartedly disagree. When I got home from holiday about six weeks ago, I got on the scales and realised that I had managed to pile on weight. I undertook a calorie controlled diet (roughly 1500 calories per day - give or take a bit) and bought this video. I remember the day after the first time I did it - I was in so much discomfort I could hardly move - it was a real eye-opener as to how unfit I... more info
Not what I expected I bought this dvd after other reviews said it was challenging. I didnt find it nearly as hard as I wanted it to be. When I want to work out I want to sweat and feel puffed out but with this the whole dvd felt like a warm up. I have the first 2 pump it up work out dvds and they really work me hard but I fancied a change. I think it would be suited to people that are starting work out regimes and are looking for something to start out with. The trainer in the Jordan work out was V. Annoying, I know in most... more info
Brilliant Didn't expect too much of it...but I am doing it almost every day and absolutely love it...really feel the difference!
It is funny to see Jordan working out :)
The clock really helps you to keep going...
can't wait to get home and start again
took bad advice and bought this dvd awwwwful. the worst work out video i have ever encountered. words cannot describe how bad this is. couldnt watch more than five minutes though and couldnt do the work out as too distracted by the pink scenery and ridiculous outfits.
