Dont normally write a review but this one deserves it! Own way too many fitness dvd's including 3 of the pump it up's and some Mc Andrews's, however this one is the best out of all of them and well worth a look! Love it and is the only one i havent got tired or bored of, not for beginners as has lots of weight training exercises which are great for toning up. Definitly makes a difference.. Would also reccom. the 'Hotpants Workout' alot lighter workout but is great fun and the time flies by and you defo feel it the next day..is good for beginners aswell. :)... more info
Was it really the same dvd that all the other customers bought?? I thought that the DVD was dated, the music was dreadful and there wasn't enough cardio. The sections didn't flow at all well in to eachother. I would 100% recommend "The Firm Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burner", but definitely not anything by Cindy Crawford. But then again, you buy cheap, you get cheap!

Not as easy as it looks! Some of the moves in this DVD look really easy but when i tried them i found they were really strenuous! This is especially great for toning. The only thing i didn't like about this DVD was that it had a rather dated look about it, which can be expected as it was made over a decade ago, however i still wasn't expecting it to look so old fashioned! It's still very good though, and i expect it will become one of my regular workouts.
