It's an MP3 holder I have used cheap stick flash MP3 players for about 3 years whilst running and none of the ones I have brought have come with a carry case. This has meant that I've had to run with either with the MP3 player in my hand, put it in a small pocket, use money holders or if I'm in the gym, place the player on the equipment I'm using at the time. None of these are ideal which is why I purchased a Hama MP3 case with bracelet. The MP3 bracelet looks like it's picture and the actual holder is approx. 9.5cm... more info
