Shape that body! I wanted to do a more advance level of hips bums and thighs that my gym could offer within the comfort of my home. I also wanted something which I can do in front of the telly without hitting the lamp and table. This is it and more! I stumbled across through amazon (as you do with most things) and pretty much got what I wanted. The pros of the DVD:
i) he talks to you and instruct you what to do
ii) it's not ultra-speed lightning so you can actually follow

Excellent Work Out Great work out DVD. I excercise very regularly and class myself as pretty fit but found this one challenging. It is great to work out the whole body, and it makes you work on those areas you may not always concentrate on in the gym.
Equipment needed: light dumbells, medicine ball, stability (swiss) ball
Likes: motivating, challenging, not much space required, combination moves mean great work out effectiveness

David Kirsch's Ultimate New York Body Plan I really enjoy exercising and am always up for a challenging workout. I have been trying to find a DVD that would make me feel as though I have worked all parts of my body and yes this one did. Even though I class myself as being a very fit person this did make me ache the next day and I mean ache, my hamstrings and glutes especially - mind you I did do the fitness test 10 mins, core program workout 45 mins, upper body workout 15 mins and also the lower body workout 15 mins and really did enjoy it all.... more info
