Excellent product, Excellent service from Amazon. I bought the Sennheiser HD435 after my PMX-100's broke. I loved the PMX-100 and was very tempted to buy another pair for only £20, but decided, since i only really use my headphones in the car, about 1 hour a day, i might as well buy a more robust pair, sacrificing the ability to store them in my pocket. I was glad i did, the HD435s are an amazing pair of headphones, the bass is easily as good as my dad's HD595 (£80-100) headphones. A comfortable, punchy headphone for portable player use
After the loss of my stock Sony headphone, I bought this open-backed Sennheiser HD-435 model. It features a detachable in-line volume control cable. Cosmetically, I like the clever red/orange inlay around the ear cups. This model shows good sensitivity. The sound is quite warm overall, but still nicely punchy. I like the bass performance and the clarity in the highs. My only minor quibble: I find the mid-range slightly recessed. Overall, I find this well-priced model to be a solid-performing... more info
