Don't Buy it I bought this product about a year ago just when my beard was starting to grow more regularly and I couldn't be bothered to wet shave every day. To start with it produced an alright cut giving me a good stubbly look. However I decided to let my beard grow in and only use the shaver to shave my mustache. I would trim my beard occasionally and found it was becoming less and less efficient, to the point where it now has no effect on what so ever. A Clunky Shave I purchased this shaver as a Christmas gift for my husband thinking I was getting quite a deal for my money. The washable and worldwide voltage features are definitely a huge plus. Also, the 5 minute quick charge feature - for a man who ALWAYS forgets to plug the darn thing in until 5 minutes before he has to shave - seem a perfect fit. Unfortunately, all the impressive extras in the world don't really amount to much when the main function of the device - giving a close and comfortable shave - doesn't work.... more info
Good to start with..... I brought this product to maintain the 'in' designer stubble look but the beard trimmer starts off well then after about six weeks it now pulls rather than cuts and cannot be resharpened - so now i'm after a proper beard trimmer instead!
Beautiful design BUT......... I been trying to use one of these for several weeks but found it's capabilities as a shaver to be dramatically inferior to that of my dedicated electric shaver - it doesn't seem to cope with 2-3 days growth nearly as well as other shavers I have used. It is also the first electric shaver I have owned that has grazed my skin. The wide trimmer, which can be used with an adjustable length guard, doesn't seem to cope with heavy hair at all well and I have discovered that it has a tendency to "pull" on... more info
