Another great installment of the Taxi series I can sum this film up very quickly - if you love the Taxi (1 & 2) humour then you will also love this third film in the series of Taxi films. They are cleverly and intelligently translated into the equivalent English rather than direct translation, and this works brilliantly. Fast paced and fun the whole way through, with character development and an incompetent police force in tow! cabulous! A nice Cameo from Sylvester Stallone at the start. This film has all the lovable characters familiar from the previous two films. Its very funny but too short. The santa claus gang are less convincing than the mercedes gang or the japanese yazukas of the previous outings. Emilien not noticing Petra is eight months pregnant is very funny. This is the weakest of the three, but worth watching, unlike the American remake with Queen Latifah.
Taxi, Taxi 2 and Taxi 3 three superb Luc Beson films. The French productions put Hollywood to shame. But please when will Taxi 4 be available on DVD in the UK?
300% action, 300% fun, 300% adrenaline 1st part - 3 stars
2nd part - 4 stars
3rd part - 5 stars There is very special feature in Hollywood: if first part of the film is great, then sequel is worse and if there is 3rd part of film - then it's usually crap (for example, Matrix, Final Destination and think there're more examples). This movie is absolutely opposite. First part seems ok, second is better (would even say much better), third part is wonderful. Jokes are less flat and more interesting.
