Peaceful. Relaxing. A chilled soundtrack. I very rarely buy a soundtrack, but this one caught my imagination as I was watching the film... and I haven't been disappointed with the CD. The music is so peaceful. It is reminiscent of the film, but you don't have to have enjoyed one to enjoy the other. I particularly like track two from "The Clientele" and will go looking for one of their albums next. Paul McCartney's track one is haunting, and the Rachel Portman instrumentals just make great background music for relaxing to!
the lake house soundtrack to me this cd when i close my eyes takes me back to the movie. i think its a wonderful soundtrack with very well put together scores of music. I thought the film was lovely and i brought the soundtrack because i wanted to feel apart of the movie and the music does it. i can relate to the characters in the movie with the soundtrack i give it two thumbs up if you like soft moving scores of music this is the soundtrack for you its very peaceful
