• Good - but usless without AV lead
  As everyone else says, by itself it's no more use than the dongle/lead that you already have.
  I also bought the AV cable, and now have the docking station connected to my TV and sound system. It works a treat, I just drop my zen into the dock and then I can play or watch anything - the CD player and radio in my sound system are now redundant. If only there was a wireless remote control available - then I could chuck out most of my hifi components.

  Main advantage for me is that the players still plays while charging and docked. When I use the USB cord to a PC it says it's docked and that's that....
  Yes I bought the extras with the mains charger so that helps.
  It's still easier to use the headphone socket to play through speakers, if you use the AV cable (extras) it blacked out the screen to.
  Also works with my 60Gb model (believe it was one of the later slimmer ones).

  Thanks to the previous reviewers I did not purchase this item from this seller. Creative do make docking stations for both the 30GB and the 60GB Zen Vision:M and they are different - this seller should give more information or the Creative model number to help us poor consumers - the 30 GB docking station is 70PF169300000 and for the 60GB it is 70PF169500000.

• Zen Vision Dock - pointless
  Please don't waste your money - I'm extraordnarily disappointed and echo all of the comments made already - adds nothing at all
