Doesn't seem to work with 3G Nano Works on 1G Nano, and my 80GB IPOD. But with the 3G Nano I can get sound but not video, also doesn't charge 3G Nano.
Very neat and excellent value I've been using this docking station for nearly 2 years without any problems at all. I've recently connected it up to my Onkyo 606 AV system using the S video connection and can confirm that the video output works perfectly fine with my 30gb Ipod video. All in all this is an excellent device, very neat with good functionality and is great value. It'd be nice if it had on tv screen displays but at the price you can't hold that against it. I'm planning to get another one for my study.
Does Not Work With iPod Touch 2G! The product itself seems to be of good quality and for the money is a good buy, if you have older iPod models. Hence the 3 stars.
But beware if you have a 2G Touch this does not have full functionality. In fact all you can do with it is play music through your hifi. It does not have video compatibility which is no biggy but the main problem is that it can no longer charge your iPod. not happy at all, no video support for touch or classic I bought this item in good faith that it did 'what it said on the tin' but found out pretty quick that there're video out problems with both the classic and the touch. This is really not clear even in their own manual. Will stick to Apple products next time. Would have given no stars, but that's not an option.
