This aerial provides a very good quality reception beating many aerials that are 3 and 4 times the price. I was a bit mislead by the review. I was bit disappointed by this product. Aerial didn't work at my place so I tried at friend's place it didn't work there either. I may be just unlucky at my place but I had same result at both places. I won't recommend this product.
Sadly disappointed I ordered this item in response to the reviews from other buyers. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to find any digital channels anywhere in my bungalow. I have kept it because it is ok with the analogue signals and it looks better than my original set top aerial. Also, the lack of instructions with the item is another negative. Excellent shipping service though!
Excellent product, worth every penny! Ordered this from Strand via Amazon, received within 2 working days, adequately packaged. Bought it for the bedroom TV in a very poor reception area. Within minutes it was up-and-running with more Freeview channels than on the main TV downstairs which is connected to the loft aerial. Still no ITV channels on Freeview (apart from CITV) but as we can't get them on the other TV I wasn't surprised. Absolutely awful I bought this for my kitchen TV with freeview. I have an aerial in the loft which gives good reception but did not have a socket point for it in the kitchen. I put it all together and nothing - not even noise or a fuzzy picture. So I then tried connecting it to my existing TV and aerial in my bedroom which does give me good coverage, and it made it worse - to such an extent, that I lost the signal to every channel. Whether I have purchased a dud I don't know, but it is more of a signal blocker than a signal... more info
