Good product, beware of the company I have used Norton/Symantec products for over 10 years and love the products, but why does the company have to be so dodgy.
Firstly, when the 1 year updates end, they want you to subscribe or upgrade, but they don't value you as a customer. Year after year I find they want more money to simply upgrade than you can actually buy a new product for. Last year they wanted £39.99 just to send me a number to continue my subscription, yet I bought a brand new product, boxed, posted etc etc from Amazon... more info
Very Disappointed Even though this product claims to guard against antispyware, when my computer was infected, the scan failed to locate and fix the problem. When calling in, I was informed that it would cost me 60GBP to have the problem fixed as it was a `value added service'. As I had the same problem in two computers, this would have been 120GBP extra to have the problem sorted. Rather than pay this I downloaded the AVG 29 day trial software, and with the first scan found 60 odd problems, and fixed the problem I had.more info

But no more, instead of renewing my subscription I changed my Internet Security provider. After much research I've installed Kaspersky and what a difference, my... more info
Regular lapses of security I have used this product(NIS 2007) for a year now and have been forced to change my internet security because the subscription has lapsed and also due to the fact that I was disatisfied with a number of aspects to do with the product. I also have Norton 2005 which didn't seem so bad. 1. Being forced to activate the product online many times. For some reason unkown to me, the antivirus switched itself off until I activated it by registering online. Once should have been enough, but I was forced to do... more info
