  These speakers are a very clever design and while the volume level is not great at this price they are a bargain.

  Good points: very, very small & light & have a neat little case if you like that kind of thing. No batteries or power is needed, which makes them very portable.
  Bad points: poor quality sound and distortion at high volumes. The maximum volume is just enough to be heard in one room, but not if the room is full of people. Also the headphone jack lead is very short.

• not so loud but good
  AS is stated in the other reviews, because they are not powered the volume depends on the player. with my Nokia E50 max volume is required to make them listenable, not a complaint just a fact, nicely designed & made for the price they are difficult to fault.

• rubbish
  these speakers are rubbish the sound quality is so bad and u can barley hear them even if ur on ur own in a room!! if u want to have some decent speakers i recon u need to spend around £20 for any decent sound quality!
