incorrect voltage output usb chargers are usually 5 volt output. This charger is 5.5 volt +/- 5%. This charger causes my mp3 to crash each time and so does not give a charge. Strangely it will charge my mobile phone. Be cautious if the required output voltage is critical. In the seller's favour, a full refund was given without argument or delay
Does not work! I tested this charger on several devices but it did not work. It is really not worth the postage to return this item but beware! When I used my digital volt meter there was some evidence that the charger was not dead. I believe that the 150 mA charging current might simply not work on devices that require more charging current (similar to problems that some laptops used to have in not being able to power devices from a USB splitter). Seems to be pot luck if you get one that works Ages ago bought one from amazon 3rd party seller (don't know if was from this supplier, I think they are basically all the same device). That one worked fine, still does. One from this seller bought recently didn't, mp3 player thought it was a computer and claimed to be writing data rather than charging. Returned it for refund. No good for iPod nano I bought this product to charge up my iPod nano v2, however even overnight it had no effect on the charge level of my iPod. It charges bluetooth devices fine, but if you are looking for a usb charger for an iPod - look elsewhere.
