plastic film I put this on without too much difficulty & I am not the most practical person. Remember to use lots of the spray! Personally I did not like the feel it gave the ipod. You loose the metalic feel of the ipod even if it is getting scratched & marked- I got a case instead.
Amazing This is one of the best if not the BEST ipod protector you will find. highly recommended product and it works like a treat, it really is scratch resistant and my ipod looks better than ever. Conceptually beautiful, practically impossible... I have no doubt that once you get this confounded thing on your iPod it will be amazing... but just try getting it on properly!!
Do NOT try and apply this at your desk at work during your lunch break! Don't for a minute think applying this thing is a trivial task to be taken lightly. Take it home, clean the area around you, and avoid coffee for several hours to minimise shaking, and make a reasonable sacrifice to the Gods who just may decide to smile up on you.

fitting and using it.. ok to be honest ive had my ipod for a while now and iw ould not use it yet because i simply DIDNT WANT IT SCRATCHED. then i discovered shield zone whcih seemed decnet, and it is, if you apply it properly. and omg it is sooooooooo hard make sure u use tweezers adn dont work ANYWHERE where there is dust because that just wrecked it cause then you might end up liek me with a cover on the back, but none on the front, all because dust stuck to it and i coudlnt see the screen, for a temporary solution though you... more info
