What you pay for is what you get I ordered this as a present, as it looked really good and quite cheap. I didn't recieve an e-mail saying it had been dispatched, which is what i normally get from amazon, so had to just hope it would come in time for when i wanted. It came quickly though so i couldn't complain about that.
However when i opened the parcel the contents fell out of a non-sealed box and onto the floor! The charger was packed but the 3 mains adapter pieces were just stuffed into the box. There was also no info booklet... more info
Rubbish!! Buyer BEWARE!!! My wife & I took our Ipods to Gran Canaria & took this charger with us. Well, I use the term "charger" in its loosest possible term as it simply didn't work properly!!
After exaustuing our ipod batteries I put the charger to work & the very nice blue LED lit up as expected. However after 10 seconds the light faded & no charge was going through to my Ipod. I tried on a number of occasions (using various sockets in the hotel) & got lucky on 2 occasions when it did manage to half... more info
Perfect Solution Needed to charge up our iPod Nano whilst travelling and away from the computer. As apple were too mean to provide this accessory - even though it was obvious you are gonna need one - we found this little gem.
Small and light weight with adaptors to suit travelling abroad this fitted the bill perfectly.
Not sure it will handle much rough treatment but with a little care it should give you good usage. Nice blue LED on the front to remind you that it's powering up your iPod.
