• Is it good or useless?
  In view of the mixed good/bad reviews of this product, I can say that for the money involved it is a good buy - particularly if you intend to use it in, for example. a campervan where it is small enough to stow in the glove compartment. BUT DO NOT MESS WITH THE AERIAL because the soldered connections at the base are rubbish and come apart so easily - hence the 'bad' reviews. IN21 service was excellent.

• Take a chance
  I took a chance on this item having read the other reviews. My mother had lost her TV aeriel in bad weather and was told there was a 3 month waiting list for repairs. Being on her own she relies on her TV and I was looking for something that might give her a temporary solution. I had it delivered direct to her so I haven't seen it, but she says its small and neat and works really well. Although her picture isn't absolutely 100% perfect it's pretty good compared with what she had before. I think it must just... more info

• Waste of time!
  Doesn't do a thing, the red light comes on and thats it really. Fantastic if you like a little red LED's but doesn't make a good ariel at all.

• Save your pennies...
  I picked up one of these in a local shop a while back. Offers less reception than a whiplash mini-aerial, i.e. none whatsoever. It found a suitable home in the bin.
