  I purchased this item about two months ago and it's my first MP3 player. V impressed by its tiny size and, considering I'm fairly hopeless technically, found Creative's software for transferring music from my CD's onto the stone extremely simple and effective. I agree with everyone regarding the actual play time; consider myself luckly to get three hours on a full charge, but for the price (oh, and it is worth investing in some better headphones) I really can't complain. • Great little MP3 player
  For the price, this is a great, simple, easy to use MP3 player. For what I use it for, listening to podcasts, the battery life is great, the sound quality is perfectly adequate, and it's very simple to use.
  Anyone using it for music may find it a little annoying that there's no track listing, but just go for the 2GB version which does have a little display showing track.

• Great for the money
  I bought this in March and have had no problems whatsoever. It is my first MP3 and I don't feel I need a screen at all. HOWEVER, the battery life is nothing like the advertised 10 hours - more like 3-4! and I don't play it that loud either. The battery life lost it one star, but apart from that a lovely little gadget.

• Easy to use
  I bought this for my Dad who is a complete and utter technophobe. I had read a lot of reviews that stated how easy it was to use so I took the plunge.
  After loading the software on the PC for him to use I only had to show him once how to add music and he has been addicted to it ever since! The instruction booklet is less than sparse so it must be easy to use!
  My only complaint would be the length of the USB cable. It is incredibly short. My Dad's PC is quite old and has USB ports are on the back... more info
