Can't believe it is rated as 3+ The game is rated as playable for 3 years and over, so I bought it for my 4 year old son. Revenue, expenditure, tax and other metropolitan issues must be dealt with. How can this be playable by a 3 year old?! Complete and utter waste of money.
DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!! I was so excited to see sim city for the DS... so I got it! I played it for a total of three hours before boxing it all back up and taking it to Game to trade it in for something better! Not impressed in the slightest...although got a higher trade in price than I paid in the first place so bonus! Spend your money on something useful... like a chocolate teapot!!
Just as addictive as ever. Once you pick this game up playing it is a serious compulsion! Be warned your real life may suffer! Luckily I was saved as my eight year old stole mine! He is now blissfully quiet
SimCity 3000 on DS - much better than you'd expect This is a great conversion of a PC legend, specifically SimCity 3000. You might expect it to be drastically cut down, but it's not. Yes, there are bits missing, but to be honest they're the bits that you're not going to be bothered about not being there - the essentials of the game are there and they're great fun. Basically, you're given a brand spanking new bit of land with a sum of cash (how much you get depends on which bit of land you choose) and you're left pretty much to it.
