Fantastic Product This version may have been updated in terms of Firmware etc. It has never frozen. It was a bit of a strucggle to behin with. 1 day and counting, I am adding features. abolutely excellent product. No regrets

You're lucky if you get one that works! The first remote I received would not power up so it was returned. The second remote would power up however was faulty and could not be connected to by PC or Mac. Two deviced received and both were faulty. The build quality and reliability is clearly questionable.
A truly brilliant product I have bought hundreds of products from Amazon and despite being a journalist, never felt moved to write a review until now. The reason I have made an exception? I am so impressed with this gadget I wanted to share my enthusiasm and encourage you if you are wavering. In a nutshell, this product works. It took me minutes to set up, it corresponded almost exactly to my original remotes and I could combine my different devices (using my amp for TV volume for instance) on one screen. Good stuff.... Received the product today, very impressed. Looks the business and works great. I had a minor issue to do with not being able to select from menus in Sky Digital, and although it didn't pick up the control mapping out of the box (Everything else did: TV, DVD, AVR), after a call to Tech Support, I was able to map the right command. The way in which the control troubleshoots is superb. For some reason my TV wasn't turning on or off, after a few questions along the lines of "Now is it working?"... more info
