Disappointing, to say the least If you really must get a score CD to one of the Bourne movies then go with Bourne Supremacy. I was expecting good things of this one but after giving it a couple of spins I can see why Varese Sarabande opted out of releasing this one (Decca picks this score up); it's mainly just recycled stuff from the previous films. Same same This is the same as the other Bourne soundtracks. Same same. I like the movies, so I like the tracks. But must admit, I cannot listen to it other than alone. If you like the movies, buy a couple of the soundtracks or all three. Listen to them in the car.
More of the same but darker from Powell Firstly, in The Bourne Ultimatum there are a lot of cues directly taken from the first two films' soundtracks (such as `The Apartment', `Jason Phones It In' and `Berlin Foot Chase'). So, inevitably, this album will never be a true soundtrack to the third film as it doesn't include a lot of the music used in the film.
